My name is Emily, I am 20 years old and I live in Melbourne, Australia.
I would like to start out by saying that I don’t hate my body. I do, however, hate what I was doing to it. I have a lot to be grateful for in my life - my amazing partner of almost 4 years, an adorable kitten, an apartment I love in a great city and supportive and loving parents, just to name a few. I am also free of disability and I have access to clean air, water and fresh produce. For the last few years I haven’t cared so much about that. I have abused my body with over produced, salty, high fat and sugared food or no food at all. I have sat on my arse with no cares in the world. On the 16/1/12 I decided to take control. I am changing. Stay tuned.
